Experience
Adam Muntian has over 17 years of combined education and work experience and has absorbed hundreds of hours of specialized training. Throughout his career, he has developed an effective risk assessment program for numerous residential properties, community, neighborhood, and small, medium, and large commercial properties and for many internationally known corporations. Over the years, he has hundreds of hours of hands-on experience working with residential and commercial properties such as homeowners, business owners, retailers, shopping centers, convenience store chains, and apartment properties. He has earned a solid reputation for developing and implementing solutions that are sound, practical, reasonable, and effective because of having been there and knowing that security related issues unique to each property and must have personalized evaluation. e has assisted in developing crime prevention program used by a law enforcement agency. Mr. Muntian has an A.A. degree in Supervision, a B.A. degree in General Studies (Communication), M.A. degree in Communication and has completing course work towards a second M.A . degree in Urban Development and Planning.
