DOCIA is a one of a kind unique community development organization that approaches the quality of life of a community in a multi-pronged approach. DOCIA supports and advocates New Urbanism principles and other sustainable design concepts while concentrating on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) concepts. DOCIA assesses the level of risk of an environment and takes active community development design concepts and crime prevention measures to design out crime in order to develop partnerships with the community in order to increase the quality of life and promote sustainability in our neighborhoods and communities.
